Is your telephone full of pictures? Share them with everybody in school! Each month there is a new theme for the exhibition, and until the 23rd of September, 2019, the theme is "light". Have you a picture that represents light to you, and you would like to take part of the IESV Library Photo Exhibition, please send your pictures to email@example.com. Please type "Photo" in the subject line.
Rules for the IESV Library Photo Exhibition:
You must be the photographer
You can use pictures in colour, monochrome or sepia.
The only person in the picture is you. Photos of other people will not be accepted as entries.
You remain the owner of the pictures, and the Librarian will take your picture down if you choose to no longer participate.
No offensive pictures
The pictures will be displayed in the Library, and the best senior and junior picture will be displayed in the foyer.
Legimus is a service provided by any Library in cooperation with the special pedagogs. Here you can listen to a book while reading it. Ask the Librarian for further information or check out legimus.se.
In the reference section of the Library, you have access to the National Encyclopedia in Swedish. These books, like all marked "ref" stay in the Library. Spend some time in the Library, researching you topic. The National Encylopedia is also available online at ne.se
This activity has been on ice this term, but will be restarted soon. There will be 13 questions posted in the Library about our school, and the winner(s) will win prizes.
Year 9 Career Corner
There is information in the Library about all the different schools that you can choose from. Come in and see. Our Student Guidance Councillor, Ms Ojala, is at school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and you book an appointment with her via Schoolsoft.
Events and Holidays
There will always be some form of celebrating going on at the Library. Halloween, World Book Week, Tuesdays... Everyday is worth celebrating.

Extra Curricular Activities
This year you will have the opportunity to learn something extra in one of the Library After School courses. The subjects looked at are joined-up writing, public speaking, drama and/or a reading club. Watch the Library News for upcoming info.
